Beef barley Soup for One

1 cup low sodium beef broth1/2 cup canned diced tomatoes2 tbsp pearl barley1/4 cup frozen corn1/4 cup frozen peas & carrots50 grams of ground sirloin
Brown ground sirloin in a skillet. Drain.
Put all ingredients in a small pot and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer for about 25 minutes until barley is cooked.
