can of select oysters 2cups 2% milk2 cups 3.25% milk4 tbsp butterdash of salt and pepper
Rinse oysters, check for shell pieces. Over medium heat melt butter, then add oysters. Cook until edges of oysters begin to curl. Add milk and heat until warm--do not boil. Makes 4 -1 cup servings. Serve with saltines.
