Steak Fajitas

Ingredients
1/4 sweet onion, sliced1 sweet red pepper, sliced2 baby zucchini, julienned6 oz steak (or chicken breast), sliced thinly1 t cumin1 t dried, powdered chipotle1/2 cup roughly chopped cilantro, leaves and stemsjuice of one lime
Directions
Saute vegetables in a stick proof pan, sprayed with Pam.
As veggies soften, add steak, cook to pink.
Add lime juice and herbs and spices, saute for about a minute more, then turn off and leave on burner for couple minutes.
Wrap with tortillas
