20 ounce cooked and diced chicken breast.5 cup light mayo1 cup diced celery.5 cup diced pickle.5 cup diced onion (green)
mix all together in a bowl
Or put everything but the mayo in food proccesor for a finer chciken salad and pulse a few times....
then mix mayo in....
let sit for 2 hours before serving on bread or lettuce.
