MIxed salad greens-1 lbSkinless, boneless chicken breasts1/2 cup walnuts, chopped1 small can of mandarin oranges OR 1 cup cored and chopped appleT. Marzetti's fat free raspberry vinegrette1 pkg cherry tomatoes
Grill defrosted chicken until done. While the chicken in cooking, prepare the salad, walnuts and mandarin oranges. When the chicken is finished, break up and place on salad greens. Then place the oranges (or apples), walnuts and dressing on top. Makes 4 servings.
