Spaghetti with Turkey Meatballs

Ingredients
3 T Olive Oil4 Garlic Cloves5 C canned crushed tomatos1/2 t dried oregano1/4 t crushed thymesalt and pepper1 large egg1/2 C skim milk1 medium onion, finely chopped2/3 C plain dried bread crumbs1/2 c grated parmesan cheese1/2 C fresh parsley, chopped1 lb ground turkey, 93% Lean1 lb whole wheat spaghetti
Directions
Make sauce in large non stick skillet. Heat oil over medium high heat. Add Garlic, and cook for about 1 minute. Stir in tomatos, oregano, thyme, and season with some salt and pepper. Bring to boil, lower heat and simmer 20-25 minutes.

While sauce is simmering, make meatballs. In large bowl, whisk together egg, miklk 1 and 1/4 t salt, 1/4 t pepper. Stir in onion, bread crumbs, cheese and parsley. Add turkey, and mix until combined. Form the mixture into meatballs.

Add meatballs to skillet and spoon sauce over to coat. Simmer over medium heat until meatballs are cooked through, about 8 minutes.

While meatballs simmer, cook spaghetti according to package directions. Drain the pasta and transfer the pasta to the skillet and toss gently. Serve with more parmesan cheese.
