Ingredients
1 1/3 lbs pork tenderloin, cut into 1 inch cubes16 oz jar of chunky salsa3 - 15 oz cans of black beans, rinsed and drained1/2 cup chicken broth1 med bell pepper (red or yellow) chopped1 med onion, chopped1 tsp ground cumin2-3 tsp chili powder1-1 1/2 tsp oregano
Directions
Place all ingredients in crockpot and cook on low 6-8 hours.
