Soba Noodles with Edamame and Chile

1/2 lb soba noodles, cooked al dente and drained1 tsp sesame oil1 tbsp olive oil3 garlic cloves, minced1 tbsp grated fresh ginger6 green onions, thinly sliced1 cup unshelled edamame beans1 red pepper, cut in matchsticks1 red chile pepper, minced1 tbsp soy sauce1/2 tsp honey1 tbsp lemon or lime juice
Toss cooked noodles with sesame oil and set aside.
Heat olive oil in a skillet.
Add garlic and ginger and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Add edamame and red pepper. Cook 2 minutes.
Add noodles, chile pepper, soy sauce, honey and lime juice.
Toss to combine and serve.
