Blue cheese Burger

Ingredients

1 lb extra lean ground beef1/2 chopped raw onion1 clove garlic, chopped1 oz blue cheese, crumbled2 oz light shredded mozzasalt and pepper to taste
Preheat over to 350 degrees.
Add garlic, onions, and other seasonings to ground beef.
Divide beef into eight equal portions, and flatten into thin patties.
Sprinkle cheeses equally over half of the patties, keeping away from the edges.
Place the other half of the patties on top to form 4 burgers altogether, press edges together.
Bake on cookie sheet until done, apprx 1 hour
