Crock pot Beefy Venison Tips w/beer over noodles

Ingredients
Venison, beefy onion soup mix, carrots, celery, oil, flour, pepper, beer, egg noodles
Directions
Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Cut 1 lb or venison into small tips. Roll in flour. Place in skillet, sprinkle with black pepper. Brown venison on both sides. Add 1 can beef broth and 1 packet Lipton Beefy Onion soup mix to crock pot. Stir until mixed. Add browned venison to crock pot, add carrots and celery on top. Cover and cook on low for 7 hours. Add 1/2 can of light beer, cook one more hour. Serve over egg noodles.
