Donna Jean's Shrimp Orzo

Ingredients
8 oz cooked shrimp2 cups cooked pasta orzo8 fl oz chicken broth1 fl oz white winejar caperssm can peas, mushroomslg can artichokesfresh spinach, 1/2 bag1 tbs olive oilSeasonings: garlic, fresh parsley, Tony Cacherie salt, pepper, dried onions, hot red pepper
Directions
Precook the orzo pasta according to directions. Cook the deshelled shrimp and dried onions for 2-3 minutes with olive oil and Old Bay seasoning. Add spinach, artichokes, capers, mushrooms, peas and cook for 5 minutes in chicken broth and wine with seasonings. Mix with orzo, and sprinkle with fresh grated parmesan cheese.
