Burritos, Enchalada Style

*Mission whole wheat tortillas, 4 (8 inch)Ground beef, lean, 16 oz *Old El Paso Taco Seasoning, 3 tsp Beans, red kidney, 1 cup Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped *Cheese, Kraft Mexican Style Taco Cheese, 2 cup
Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a large skillet brown the ground beef and onion. Drain any fat. Add 1 pkg (2 tsp) Taco seasoning and 1/2 to 2/3 c water as directed on pkg.
While the ground beef is browning put 1 cup red kidney beans into a blender and puree. Add 1 tsp taco seasoning (1/2 pkg) and mix well.
When the beef is cooked add 1/2 the kidney bean mixture. Heat through.
Spoon about 1/5 the meat mixture into the center of each of the 4 tortillas, roll and place in a baking dish. Spoon the rest of the meat mixure over the top, pour the rest of the kidney bean mixture over and then sprinkle the 2 cups of shredded cheese over all.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 min. or until the cheese melts and bubbles and all is heated through.
Serve as is. Add shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes, sour cream, Guacamole, and/or extra cheese as desired on top. You will need to add these calories to the final dish.
