Spinach/Cheese Stuffed Chicken

Ingredients
chicken breastspinachcheesemustardcornflakesmilk seasoning
Directions
Butterfly chicken breasts & pound flat to create a cutlet.

Use a food processor to chop cheese, spinach and mustard.

Roll a spoonful of the spinach mixture into each flattened chicken breast - fasten w/ a toothpick if necessary.

Dip each roll in milk & the roll in crushed cornflakes.

Bake in a well greased baking pan @ 350 for ~45min-1hr.
