no sugar Terriyaki chicken

Ingredients
1 Boneless, skinless chicken breast1/2 Medium Onion, chopped1/2 cup Cauliflower1/2 can Diet Sprite1 tbsp Soy Sauce1-2 cloves Garlic2 tsp Ginger rootsalt to tastechili powder to taste
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 350.
In a stainless steel pan, over medium-high heat, saute the onions and garlic until barely translucent (just starting to get some brown color).
Add shredded ginger root.
Add about 1/2 can of diet Sprite.
Add soy sauce.
Add chicken, seasoning with chili powder, salt (and maybe some garlic powder and ground ginger).
Place in oven for 20 minutes.
Remove from oven, and add cauliflower.
Place back in oven for 5 minutes.
You may need to reduce the sauce a bit after it finishes cooking. The easiest way to do that is to remove the large objects (chicken and cauliflower), and place the pan on the stove over medium - high heat until reduced. Reducing it will allow the sweetness of the terriyaki to come through and intensify.
