Hamburger stew

Ingredients
1 1/3 lb 90% lean ground beef2 tsp olive oil1 onion chopped3 carrots chopped4 stalks celery chopped3 cloves garlic chopped2 tbs butter2 tbs flour2 cups beef broth1 tbs worchestershire sauce10 oz frozen peas
Directions
brown beef in olive oil in a large skillet. Add onions, carrots, celery and olive oil. Cook until tender crisp. Add bay leaf and simmer while making sauce. In a small saucepan melt butter. Add flour and stir cooking for 2 minutes, add beef broth and worchestershire sauce, bring to a boil stirring for until thickened. Pour sauce over meat mixture and add peas, stir until heated through. Serve over noodles.
