Herb Stir Fry Zucchini & Peas

* 10 oz baby zucchini, ends cut, quartered lengthwise* 10 oz sugar snap peas, in pod* Tbsp Olive Oil* 1/8 cup water* 1/4 tsp Herbs de Province* 1/4 tsp Crushed Dried Basil* 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder* 1/2 tsp Kosher Salt (Morton's used)* 1/4 tsp White Pepper
Wash vegetables and Prepare Zucchini.
Combine all dry ingredients in prep bowl.
Heat water and olive oil in stir fry pan.
Add vegetables and coat until oiled.
Add dry herbs/spices in three stages, dusting across pan and stirring.
Stir well every 30-90s until the zucchini is slightly soft, about 8-10 min.
