Ingredients
1 lb haddock1 cup skim milk4 tablespoon flas seed meal1 slice whole wheat bread1/4 ounce almonds1 T paprika
Directions
Dip fish in milk. make dried bread into crumbs. mix with flax seed meal and paprika. Dredge fish in crumbs. Bake for 12 minutes at 450 degrees
