Chicken and Salad Wrap

Ingredients
I entered the EXACT brand of ingredients that I use. Nutritional value will be different with other brands. I normally use about half a chicken breast, and I don't have a scale so the chicken is estimated. I use 1/2 a cup of salad due to it being what fits in the wrap without it falling apart. Anything more than 1 tbsp of dressing will drown the wrap and make for a messy, dripping lunch :P
Directions
Bake chicken - this is what takes the longest (60 minute prep time). I normally do several chicken breasts at the beginning of the week so that I have enough to make this for lunch everyday. Then all I have to do is heat it up in the microwave.

Dice or cut chicken however you prefer.

Place chicken, salad and ranch on flat bread - roll it up and enjoy.
