Ingredients
1 pkg. ground turkey1 onion chopped1/2 cup saltines, crushed1 T ground flax1 can pineapple, drained1 cup chutneypinch red pepper flakes1 T olive oil
Directions
Combine turkey, onion, saltines, and flax. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Shape into meatballs and cook until browned. Or just cook without shaping. In another pan combine pineapple, chutney and red pepper flakes. Heat through and combine with turkey. Serve over on a bun or hoagie (bun not calculated in nutrition info) Also good over rice.
