Ingredients
246g cannellini beansClassico Sundried Tomato Pesto, 0.2 cup Canned Tomatoes, 1 canQuorn chicken style pieces, 350 gram(s) Onions, raw, 0.5 cup, chopped Garlic, 2 cloves Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 0.5 cup, chopped Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
Directions
Chop onions, garlic and pepper and pan fry in olive oil until softened. Add Quorn and brown. Add beans, pesto and tomatoes and cook until hot through. Serve over pasta.
