Crazy Yummy Tuna Sandwich

Ingredients
5 0z. Tuna chunk light in water1/4 C Mayo1 sm. can chopped ripe olives.1/4 C sweet pickle relishseason to taste with fresh black pepper;hot sauce;onion powder;
Directions
Wash the can tops. Open. Use the lid to drain tuna and olives. Break up the Tuna in flakes in a bowl. After the olives are drained add the sweet pickle relish to the olive can. Use the can lid again to drain out the sweet relish till as dry as possible. Add to the bowl mix in the mayo to your preference. Add the seasoning how ever much as you chose.
This is a very different tuna salad even kids will turn their heads. Even more special would be to toast an English muffin (sourdough) A nice beefsteak tomato slice on top of the muffin then the scoop of tuna salad. top that with a thick slice of sharp cheddar cheese. Put under the broiler till it heats and melts cheese. Eat with a fork and knife. Out here it's a Tuna Lorenzo.
