Breakfast Cookie

Ingredients
1/2 c. butter1/2 c. brown sugar splenda1/4 c. applesauce1 scant c. canola oil1 tsp. vanilla1 tsp pumpkin spicePinch of salt1 egg1 tsp. soda1 tsp. cream of tartar1/4 c. honey1/4 c. molasses1/2 c. mixed dried fruit1 1/2 c. Grape-Nuts1/2 c. pine nuts1/2 c. sunflower seeds1 1/2 c. oatmeal3 c. flour
Directions
Mix all ingredients together well. Chill dough. Form into balls, flatten. Bake 10-12 minutes in 350 degree oven.
If you add a lot of extras, you may need to add a little more oil and even another egg but it never fails!
