Maria's simple spicy sweet & sour chinese dish

Ingredients: *Soy Sauce, 3 tbsp (remove)Chicken Breast, no skin, 400 grams (remove)Mixed Vegetables, frozen, 150 grams (remove)Uncle Ben's Sweet & Sour Sauce, 400 gram(s) (remove)Mushrooms, fresh, 3 small (remove)Pepper, black, 1 tsp (remove)Onions, raw, 1 small (remove)*Canola Oil, 2 tbsp 150 grams noodlestap water - 1 cup
OVEN: a bit stronger fire ( if u have an electric stove and is numbered from 1-11 then around 6-7 is fine)
1. in a wok place a oil heat a little and add diced onions until golden color
2. then add chicken that was cutted into 1 inch squares
3. add 0.2 cup of tap water + 1 tbsp soya sauce
4. let it all cook until chicken is 90 % cooked
5. add frozen mixed vegetables (asian mix)
6. cook and stir until vegetables are done
7. add uncle ben's sauce, stir,
8. add salt and pepper ( will be spiceier)
9. add 2 tbsp of soya sauce ( possibly makes the dish spiceier)
10. turn the oven temperature down low heat ( number 4- 5) and stir do not let it burn turn heat down if necessary
11. in another pot pour water and get it to boil add noodles cook well, when done drain and rinse
12. take rinsed noodle and add to wok stir for a few mins
13. serve
this should be for 4 meals
since i never measure the correct amount
i round it up to my I see with my eye
