Ingredients
Chicken Breast, sliced open through the middleTwo whole sundried tomatoes, no oil1 oz. Mozzarella CheeseLemondash of salt and garlic powdercracked pepper to taste
Directions
Pound out the cheicken breast, place the cheese and tomato inside and fold other half of breast over. place in pan sprayed with Pam. Drizzle lemon juice on top, salt pepper and garlic powder to taste. Flip over and repeat. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes of so.
