Whole Wheat Diabetic Cornbread

Ingredients
3/4 c Cream of Wheat3/4 c whole wheat flour1 Tbs Baking Powder1/2 tsp Salt1 large egg (lightly beaten)1/3 c canola oil1 c buttermilk
Directions
Preheat oven @ 450 degrees. Spray pan with cooking spray. Mix all ingredients. Pour in pan, Cook for 20 minutes or until browned. 12 servings.
