Chicken Fingers

Ingredients
5 Chicken Breasts cut into 4 strips each2 cups plain yogurtBreading:2 cups Quaker quick Oats1/2 cup Ground Flax1 tsp garlic powder1 tsp onion powdersea salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Place chicken strips in a bowl and cover with yogurt. Marinate from 30 minutes up to 2 hours.

In a food processor, coarsely grind the oatmeal.

Mix the ground flax, garlic, onion powder, salt and pepper with the oatmeal.

Dip chicken into the oatmeal mixture.

Place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper and bake at 350 F (180 C) for 15 minutes until golden brown.

Serves 20, serving size is 1 chicken finger.
