Flour, white, 1.5 cup Quaker Oats - Quick 1 Minute - Dry, 1 cup Baking Powder, 3 tsp Raisins, .5 cup Milk, nonfat, 1 cup Coconut Oil, .25 cup meltedEgg, fresh, 1 large Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
Heat oven to 400 F. Mist muffin tin w/ cooking spray. In large bowl, mix flour, oatmeal, baking powder, and raisins. In small bowl, blend milk, oil, egg, agave, and vanilla. Add to dry ingredients; stir until just moistened. Fill 12 muffin cups. Bake 18 to 20 min.
