Bow Tie Pasta - cooked (approx 10 oz)1/4 cup grated Parmesan Cheese 12 Slices Bacon, with all visible fat removed, then Chopped Finely, Fried Until Almost Crispy, and Drained1 Large Onion, Chopped Finely1 cup Finely Chopped Red Pepper1/4 cup Olive Oil
Boil Bow Tie Pasta In Salted Water to desired Tenderness, Drain and put in Large Bowl
Saute Onions on low heat until transparent then Add Chopped Sweet Red Pepper and Saute for 5 More Minutes - Then Add to Pasta Bowl
Add Olive Oil
Add Cooked Bacon (Meat Only)
Add Parmesan Cheese
Stir Together And Serve
