Meredith's Sweet n' Tangy Corn Salad

You will need1/8 cup of olive oil 1/8 cup Balsamic Viniger1 cup frozen organic corn1/2 tsp of crushed garlic1/2 cup of cherry tomatoesSalt &pepper to taste5 fresh Basil leafs.
In a large pan, drizzle 2 tbsp of olive oil and saute frozen corn, crushed garlic and salt and pepper for around 10 minutes.
Let corn mixture cool for 10 minutes.
Cut cherry tomatoes and basil into pieces and add to corn mixture. Then mix oil and vinegar to make dressing for salad. Set in fridge for 30 mins to allow the corn to fully absorb the dressing.
