Ingredients
1/3 cup boneless skinless chicken breast, cooked1 large pita (can be substituted for whole wheat pita)2 tbsp shredded monterey cheese2 tbsp sour cream
Directions
This makes only 1 serving, but several can be made at once and frozen, a minute and a half in the microwave makes it come out ready to be topped and eaten.
Put cheese and cooked chicken on pita, put in oven for about 5 minutes, til cheese is melted. top with cream cheese and eat!
