Mike's Asian Vinaigrette and Marinade

Ingredients
2 Tbls Quality extra virgin olive oil1 Tbls Honey1/4 cup Tamari3/4 cup Flavored rice vinegar3 tsp Chili garlic sauce1/4 tsp Sesame Oil1 tsp Grated Ginger (optional)2 Cloves Minced Garlic (optional)1/2 tsp Lime Zest (optional)
Directions
Add all ingredients and shake. For marinating tofu I use an hour minimum, but more is better
