2 boneless skinless chicken breastscooking spray4 tsp. hot sauce (Frank's is recommended)4 tsp. butter or margarine (margarine is used in calorie count)
Put hot sauce and margarine or butter in a bowl that has a top. Cut up chicken breast into equal-sized pieces (any shape you wish, but equal-sized pieces will have the same cook time). Spray frying pan with Pam, and cook chicken breast on medium heat, being careful not to overcook the chicken. Once chicken is cooked through, place it into the bowl with the sauce, put the top on and shake to coat. That's it! The butter or margarine will melt because of the hot chicken and it is now ready to serve.
