*Flour, white, 2.5 cup Cinnamon, ground, .5 tsp Salt, .5 tsp Granulated Sugar, 2 cup Cloves, ground, .5 tspBaking Soda, 1 tsp Baking Soda, 3 tsp Applesauce, sweetened, .25 cup *Canola Oil, .25 cup Pumpkin, canned, without salt, 1.5 cup
Mix flour, cinnamon, salt, sugar, cloves, and baking soda in one bowl. In another bowl mix together the cooking oil, applesauce, and pumpkin.
Combine the two mixtures: pour into two greased and floured 9x5 pans.
Bake for 0ne hour at 350.
Makes two loaves.
