Goat Cheese Pizza

Ingredients
1/2 pita, split the long wayOlive oil flavored cooking spray1/4 cup canned diced tomatoes wiht basil, garlic and oregano1 Italian tomato, sliced2 tsp each goat cheese and plain fat free yogurt1/4 tsp balsamic vinegar2 tsp grated parmesan cheese
Directions
Spray split pita half with cooking spray/ Broil for 1-2 minutes, until toasted. Spread canned tomatos on toasted pita. Place Italian tomato slices on the pita. Mix the goat cheese, yogurt and balsamic vinegar until smooth. Spread on top of tomato slices. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and broil until cheese melts/
