Walnut Red Snapper

Ingredients
1 cup ground walnuts3 tbsp bread crumbs1 tbsp parmesan1 tbsp parsley1/4 cup flour1 egg, beaten4 snapper fillets2 tbsp butter
Directions
Mix together the ground walnuts, parmesan, bread crumbs and parsley. Place flour in a second bowl and egg in a third bowl. Dredge the snapper through the egg, then flour, then walnut mixture. Fry in butter on a nonstick pan 3-4 minutes per side. Makes 4 servings.
