1 c. warm milk1 egg2 c. Bread Flour1 c. whole wheat flour2 T. sugar2 t. dillweed1 1/2 t. poppy seeds1 1/2 t. minced onio1 t. sage1 t. salt1/2 t. nutmeg2 T. smart balance spread1 1/2 t. yeast (bread machine or fast acting)
Mix, knead, let rest until risen. Shape and let rise in pan. Can be made in breadmaker by putting wet ingredients in first, followed by flour, herbs, smart balance in corners. Make well in center for yeas (1 1/2 t.). Bake at 375F 45-50 minutes or until it sounds hollow when tapped. Makes 1 large loaf.
