Almonds, 1 cup, whole rawApple juice, unsweetened, 1.5 cup Banana, fresh, 1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Unflavored Light Soymilk, 16 oz Unflavored whey protein isolate, 90%, 6 tbsp**Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 6 tbsp Pudding mix, sugar-free, fat-free, 16 gram (1/2 package)
Put the almonds in a blender and grind until fine. Add other ingredients, alternating wet and dry to aid in mixing. Blend until smooth. Drink.
Fresh, frozen, dried or canned fruit may be substituted for pudding mix; blend them with the apple juice before adding other ingredients to avoid lumps. Or try peanut butter or cocoa flavor--get wild! Of course nutrition info will change as you alter ingredients, but the protein level will remain.
