Peanut Butter Moose

Ingredients
8 oz. light cream cheese1 cup smooth peanut butter2 Tablespoons Half and Half12 oz. Cool Whip3/4 cup Splenda Granular
Directions
Using an electric mixer, combine cream cheese, peanut butter and Half and Half. Beat until smooth and fluffy then add in Splenda. Mix well. Add Cool Whip and fold until well mixed.

I like to keep this frozen in little 2 ounce plastic cups. For a chocolate peanut butter treat, unmold and top with warm ganache!

Makes twenty 2-ounce servings.
