Marinated Vegetables

Ingredients
Cook 1/2 cup each carrots, broccoli and cauliflower in boiling salted water to cover until crisp tender about 8 minutes. Drain and Cool. Slice medium Red onion into thin slices. Chop 1/2 cup green pepper and slice 1/2 cup mushrooms. Combine vegetables in a large bowl. Combine Marinade ingredients: 1 can tomato soup, 1/2 cup Olive Oil, 1/2 cup sugar, 8 tablespoons balsamic vinegar (I add 1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce which I do not find in ingredients). Blend together and pour over vegetables and stir gently to combine. Cover and Refrigerate 24 hours to blend flavors.
