Ingredients
1 cup rutabaga, cubed2 cups sweet potato1 cup carrot sticks2 onions, cut in wedges2 Tbsp olive oil1 Tbsp balsamic vinegarsalt, pepper and dried thyme to taste.
Directions
Toss all ingredients in a bowl and spread on a baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 - 45 minutes or until soft and browned.

Makes 4 1 cup servings.
