Pork Teriyaki Stir Fry

2 tablespoons oil16 ounces pork tenderloin1 package frozen broccoli, cauliflower and carrot mix2 cups instant brown rice6 tablespoons teriyaki marinade
Heat 2 tablespoons oil in wok or skillet. Cut pork into bite size pieces. Add to pan and stir fry. When pork is almost done add package of frozen vegetables. Cover and cook until vegetables are heated through and pork is cooked through. Add 6 tablespoons of sauce. Heat to boiling to thicken sauce and then serve with brown rice.
