Homemade ww bread

1 cup molasses2 cup oatmeal, not instant1 Tbsp salt3 heaping Tbsp ground flax seed3 Tbsp cream of wheat3 Tbsp St John river cereal5-51/2 cups boiling water1/2 cup warm water1 tsp sugar2 Tbsp yeast4 cup white flour6-8 cup Whole wheat flour
Combine first 7 ingredients. stir. Let sit for approximately an hour, until it has cooled to room temperature.
Mix 1/2 cup warm water and 1 tsp of sugar. Add yeast. Let sit for 10 minutes.
Add yeast to the first ingredients.
Add white flour, then whole wheat flour, about 6-7 cups. knead for 8-10 minutes using the last cup of flour to flour the counter top.
Let raise in warm spot for one hour ( the oven with the light on is great)
Punch down and put into 4 pans.
Let raise in the oven for another hour.
Cook at 325-350 degrees for approximately 25-35 minutes. done when the bread sounds hollow when you tap it.
