1 can cream of mushroom 1 can cream of celery 1can rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies4 small cans or 2 large cans chopped chicken 1 bag tortilla chips8 cups shredded colby or cheddar
pre heat oven to 350 degrees
place cream of mushroom, cream of celery, diced tomatoes and green chilies and choped chicken in large pot. bring to low boil for about 5 minutes.
put layer of chips in bottom of cassorel pan. smash and then spread soup mixture over it. Put cheese on top. Make another layer with the chips and break them again over the cheese spread soup mixture on top and layer again with cheese. bake for about 30 minutes or until cheese is melted. will feed 12-15 people
