Lee's Healthy Salmon Patties

Ingredients
I can of salmon-drained1 egg1/3 cup of fiber one-crushedparsleyblack pepperOld Bay Seasoning2 tablespoons of Miracle Whip4 spring onions chopped
Directions
In a large bowl mix the salmon,egg, onions,
seasoning, fiber one and Miracle Whip.
Mix together and refridgerate for about 30 minutes.
Heat a counter top grill to medium high.
While that is heating take the salmon mixtue and form into five patties.
Spray grill when heated with cooking spray and place patties on grill.
Grill for about 4 minutes.
Remove from grill when done and serve.
