Mashed Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients
2 Medium Sweet Potatoes1/2 cup reduced sodium chicken broth1 Tbsp Fleischmann's Olive Oil Spread
Directions
In a medium pot add sweet potatoes to a steamer in the pot cover and let cook until fork tender, about 15 to 18 minutes.

Drain cooked sweet potatoes and return pan to stove. Melt 2 tablespoons butter and 1 cup stock. Add potatoes and mash, season with salt and pepper.
