Grilled Tuna with lemon and Capers

Ingredients
Garlic, Capers,lemon, olive oil,pepper, tuna
Directions
Mix the garlic capers lemon, oil & pepper. This can be done a day ahead and refrigerated, well covered, overnight. Place the tuna in a bowl and marinate with the mixture for 1 hour only. Preheat grill, grill marinated tuna. Spoon additional marinade over the fish as it cooks. Measure the tuna at its thickest point and cook 8 minutes to the inch for medium. less if you like rare, and more if you prefer well done.
