Rotini w/ peppers, mushrooms, spinach, pecan & chicken sausage

8oz. Rotini pasta3/4 tablespoon olive oil (1/2, 1/4)16 oz. lean chicken Italian sausages1 bag frozen pepper stir-fry veggies1 cup sliced mushrooms1.4 teaspoons cayenne pepper1/2 cup frozen spinach (thawed)1/16 cup ground pecans
Cook pasta according to package instructions.
Heat 1/2 tbsp olive oil in large skillet. Cook sausages, peppers, and mushrooms, and cayenne pepper in skillet over medium heat, cook until sausages are cooked through and peppers are soft. Add spinach, cook until heated through.
In a food processor, grind 1/16 cup pecans until in powdery form.
Stir 1/4 tablespoon olive oil in with pasta. separate on 6 plates, divide skillet ingredients evenly on top of pasta. Sprinkle with ground pecans. Serves 6.
