Salmon loaf

Ingredients
@ canes of drained pink salmon12 soda crackes crushed up fine 1 egg2 oz of 2% milksalt and pepper
Directions
Drain salmon and remove bones. Crush soda crackers till fine.Place all in bowl and mix.Place in a sprayed casserole dish. Bake at 350f for ABOUT 20-25 minutes.Makes about 6 one cup cup servings.a serving to me is one cup.
