Parmesan White Sauce

Ingredients
1 cup 1% milk1 TBS corn starch2 TBS salted butter1/4 tsp salt1/8 tsp black or white pepper4 TBS grated parmesan
Directions
Add corn starch to milk and stir until dissolved.
Add salt,pepper and butter.
Bring to a boil and simmer one minute.
Turn off heat and stir in parmesan cheese.
