Slow cooker Italian ham and beans

Ingredients
2 C Black Beans2 C small White Beans or navy beans16 oz. Pork Tenderloin1 onion sliced3 cloves minced garlic2 TBSP dried basil2 TBSP dried oregano1 TBSP salt2 or 3 bay leaves(you can susbsitute salt for garlic powder and dried italian seasoning for the basil and oregano)
Directions
Soak black and white beans overnight. Drain and rinse.
Slice onions and place in the slow cooker
Place pork tenderloin in slow cooker.
Mix in seasons and add water either just covering to about 1 inch above the level of beans depending on how thick or watery you want it.
Cook in crockpot on low for 8 hours.
These beans are great as a soup, or thicker as beans. Can be served with cornbread and sour cream also.
This makes great left overs that you can use for awesome burritos.
